|Snow-covered Villarrica, one of Chile's most active volcanoes, rises above the lake and town of the same name. It erupts basaltic lava and is one of the few permanently active volcanoes in the world, with frequent strombolian activity and sometimes a small lava lake present in its summit crater.|

Good photo of an interesting volcano. The trees frame the mountain nicely. Very crisp and clear shot.
Beautiful! I like the use of the trees to frame this snow-covered volcano! Good pov and it has good dof with sharp details. Very well done, tfs.

A lovely shot. A classic composition with trees nicely framing the volcano on either side. It looks calm now, but one wonders at the power it can unleash.
